A Genuine Article presents a collection of thoughts on literary theory, writing, trauma healing, neurodiverence, and Christian religious practice, particularly as these intersect with issues of abuse, and occasionally features guest posts by other abuse survivors. If you are interested in being featured, please reach out to Stephanie at agenuinearticle@substack.com. The overarching focus of the blog is deep authenticity, regardless of subject matter, in service of genuine human connection.
